AMAR KENNELS

 My first ESKIE, "THOR", came from a litter of an AMERICAN ESKIMO that my brother owned.  The puppy was the cutiest little ball of fluff and I fell in love with him, immediately. We enjoyed this little guy for 10 years before he died as a result of cancer.

I was so devastated with the loss.  My husband told me to find another one.  I found a link to SUE HOUCK, of SUJO's ESKIMO KENNELS in Sherwood, Michigan and got an application.  Upon approval, we flew to Kalazamoo, Michigan and picked up a beautiful male puppy. He was going to be our ONLY pet.  Soon after, I realized this little guy, "DILLON", need a companion, so contacting SUE HOUCK, again, arranged to get a female, "DOLLY", whose father was BABY BEAR.  BABY BEAR had just won BEST OF BREED at  Westminster.

SUE HOUCK ask me to show the little girl in competition.  Agreeing to do so, in Feburary of 2004 I entered my first  dog show.

Since then, and a bunch of dog shows later, both AKC and UKC, we have many AKC/UKC Champions and many UKC champions,  (several being UKC Grand Champions).

 Hey, Why can't we dig a hole in this place?

  This is "DILLON", my first "PET ONLY" ESKIE.  I call him MY HEART, because he was the puppy I got to help heal my heart from the loss of my THOR.
